The biggest highlight in the Activate calendar is the annual Activate conference. This conference was even more special because after two online conferences in 2020 and 2021, we were finally able to meet in person onsite! The theme this year was Courageous.
In the weeks leading up to the conference, there was a lot of talking, a lot of planning, and a lot that needed to be organized, printed, and purchased. In the days right before, the teams spent hours transforming the St. Benno Gymnasium into a great conference location. And all the effort really paid off!
During the conference, we were inspired by experienced guest speakers like Peter Rasmussen and Ant and Helen Rist, as well as leaders from Jesus Church. In worship times, we sought God’s presence and magnified Him. Practical topics were shared with us in various seminars. We heard reports from the countries in the network. And we thoroughly enjoyed fellowship over coffee and food.
It was a powerful time with leaders and church leaders from a total of 13 countries.
