Part 48: No sheep is anonymous
The concept of an anonymous sheep in the flock is for a shepherd an impossibility. Shepherds know their sheep intimately. This real and honest relationship is what leads, in leader-follower relationships, to mutual commitment and the working together towards common goals.

There is something comforting and reassuring about a trusted voice. This voice can also call out to maximum performance because it is trusted. Trust is not something that can be demanded or regulated. Used the leader´s voice correctly, it can have a powerful influence for good.
